Cinematographer, musician. Member of PSM (Polish Association of Editors).

Born in Bydgoszcz, lives in Warsaw. His childhood movie fascination put him in stop-motion film-making at age of 10 and linked him with cinematography for life. More than 20 years of editing experience. He started with music videos and simultaneously began working on documentaries. He was nominated for cinematography for an Independent Movie Award for his documentary “Here I am”. Wandered all around Poland working on several original tv series. He tries to combine travelling and film-making which resulted in documentaries shot in Norway, Texas, Sweden, Lithuania and Belarus. He co-worked on numerous commercial projects with some renown directors (Marcus Walter, Manfredo Leteo, Irv Blitz, Jesper Ericstam, Rodrigo Garcia, Simon Barnes). His two recent big documentary assignments – “Agony” by Tomasz Knittel was warmly welcomed at Warsaw Film Festival (Audience Award) and won The Best documentary Award at the 58th International Film Festival “Golden Prague”. "Dawid Podsiadło - dokumentalny" depicts a month on tour of an all time stage artist - to be seen on Netflix. He resides in Warsaw, but his heart remains in Suwalszczyzna where he co-founded Krusznia – an NGO linking traditional music with young generations.
